The LYDL RE15025 cross roller bearing combines a 150 mm bore, 210 mm outside diameter and 25 mm width. Its split inner ring and one-piece outer ring suit rotary fixtures requiring accurate outer-ring rotation.
Published basic radial ratings are 76.8 kN dynamic and 128 kN static, with an approximate mass of 3.16 kg. Compared with RE15013, it provides higher catalogue ratings within a larger cross-section. Confirm shoulder dimensions, accuracy, clearance or preload, and seals when requesting a quotation.
RE15025 Cross Roller Bearing for Larger Rotary Fixtures
The LYDL RE15025 cross roller bearing combines a 150 mm bearing bore with a 25 mm width for larger rotary fixtures. Its split inner ring and one-piece outer ring favour applications requiring accurate outer-ring rotation.
Crossed rollers support radial, bidirectional axial and overturning moment loads. Within the RE series cross roller bearings, RE15025 offers higher catalogue radial ratings than RE15013 when additional outside diameter, width and mass are acceptable.

Numerical values are cross-checked against the LYDL RE model table and THK RE catalogue, page A18-28.
C and C₀ are basic radial load ratings. Permissible machine loads require combined-load, static-safety and service-life calculations, including mounting conditions.

LYDL’s public table does not identify maximum or minimum limits. Confirm both shoulder dimensions and their tolerances on the approved LYDL mounting drawing before machining.
The matching ds values do not establish identical limit requirements. The two Dh values belong to separate references; they do not define a permissible 194–196 mm range.
Comparison sources: THK catalogue pages A18-27 and A18-28. The following differences are calculated from these catalogue values.
Keeping the 150 mm bore: Compared with RE15013, RE15025 adds 30 mm outside diameter, 12 mm width and 2.48 kg. Its dynamic radial rating is approximately 2.84 times that of RE15013; allowable fixture load requires separate calculation.
Keeping the 25 mm width: Compared with RE12025, RE15025 adds 30 mm bore diameter and 30 mm outside diameter. Its static radial rating rises by 28%, with 0.54 kg additional mass.
P5, P4 and P2 identify rotational accuracy grades in THK coding
For U, specify the sealed face. Confirm LYDL availability, dimensional tolerances, lubrication and acceptance limits separately; the reference designation is not a complete approved order specification.
Inspection and Packaging
Agree dimensional checks, ring runout, clearance or preload, and any rotation-torque requirement before production. Define measurement datums and test conditions so the results can be compared with the approved specification.
Inspection records and material documentation should be specified with the order. See LYDL manufacturing and quality control for company capabilities. Agree corrosion protection, individual bearing packaging and outer packaging appropriate to shipment size and handling.
RE15025 FAQ
1. Can RE15025 directly replace RE15013 on a 150 mm shaft?
Matching bore diameter is insufficient. RE15025 requires a 210 mm housing seat and 25 mm bearing width, compared with 180 mm and 13 mm for RE15013. Review shoulders, flange support, fits and the additional assembly mass before substitution.
2. What flange-bolt guidance applies to the 210 mm outside diameter?
THK flange guidance places 200 < D ≤ 500 mm in the “16 or more” presser-bolt category. This is an assembly-design reference, not a built-in bearing-hole count. Final bolt layout, size and tightening torque require an approved LYDL mounting design.
3. Can an indexing fixture be selected using average forces alone?
Include peak forces during stopping, loading and tool engagement. Evaluate equivalent bearing loads and static safety against the 128 kN C₀ reference, then check fatigue life separately. See THK static-safety guidance.
4. Should the split inner ring be separated before installation?
Keep the bearing assembly together. THK handling precautions advise against disassembly because incorrect internal assembly affects rotation. Follow the LYDL installation procedure for retaining fasteners; split construction does not make the two halves independent replacement parts.
