Information needed for selection

Provide the bore, outside diameter and axial space; rotating ring; mounting-hole or retaining-flange arrangement; radial and axial forces; overturning moment; speed and duty cycle; required runout; environment and lubrication. Preload, stiffness and the surrounding structure must be evaluated together.

How the bearing arrangement works

In a cylindrical crossed roller arrangement, adjacent roller axes are perpendicular. The arrangement can support combined loads within the rated conditions. Whether one bearing can replace an existing multi-bearing arrangement depends on stiffness, life, mounting and load requirements.

Catalogue families differ: XR reference designs use tapered geometry, and VU reference slewing rings use four-point-contact balls. Linear crossed roller guides are a separate product type and are not the rotary bearings listed here.

Drawings, reference data and quotation

The series pages distinguish reference-brand information from the LYDL configuration agreed for supply. Model names and similar dimensions do not establish complete interchangeability. Confirm dimensions, tolerance, load rating and installation details on the approved drawing.

Request a drawing or quotation. Send the model, quantity and application requirements. Individual model pages will continue to be added within the existing series categories.
