The LYDL RE7013 cross roller bearing combines a 70 mm bore, 100 mm outside diameter and 13 mm width, with an approximate catalogue mass of 0.35 kg. Its split inner ring and one-piece outer ring suit accurate outer-ring rotation.
Compared with RE6013, it adds 10 mm of bore diameter while retaining the same width and radial section. Basic radial ratings are 19.4 kN dynamic and 27.7 kN static. Specify accuracy, clearance or preload, seals and mounting requirements when requesting a quotation.
RE7013 Cross Roller Bearing for Compact Rotary Heads
The RE7013 cross roller bearing measures 70 × 100 × 13 mm. It expands the bore beyond RE6013 while retaining the same 13 mm width and 15 mm radial section.
Its split inner ring and one-piece outer ring favour accurate outer-ring rotation. Crossed rollers support radial loads, axial loads in both directions and overturning moments. Explore the RE series cross roller bearings for other sizes.

Dimensions and ratings follow Reference 1; radial section is calculated. The bearing chamfer value does not independently specify the permissible mating-part fillet.
C and C₀ are basic radial ratings. Allowable working loads require combined-load, life and static-safety calculations; neither value is a machine payload or moment rating.

Applications for a 70 mm Bore and 13 mm Width
Consider RE7013 for these outer-ring rotary arrangements:
Camera and sensor pan–tilt heads: Support a compact rotating carrier; evaluate each axis with the complete nested assembly and payload.
Rotary gripper modules: Orient a gripper plate around a supporting hub; include tool forces and off-centre gripping conditions.
Laboratory sample orientation stages: Position a specimen holder within a compact instrument; specify runout and motion requirements at the sample location.
These application concepts require load and mounting review. Usable clearance through the centre depends on the supporting hub, covers and cable routing.
Compared with RE6013, RE7013 adds 10 mm to both bore and outside diameter, with approximately 50 g additional mass. Both retain a 13 mm width and 15 mm radial section.
Moving to RE8016 increases radial section to 20 mm, width to 16 mm and approximate mass to 0.70 kg. Its dynamic radial rating is approximately 55.2% higher than RE7013’s; permissible payload requires separate evaluation.
Choose RE7013 when a 70 mm bore must fit within a 100 mm bearing outside diameter and 13 mm width. Comparison data follow Reference 1; differences are calculated. Configure Accuracy, Clearance and Seals
A reference enquiry designation is RE7013UUCC0P4. Use these conventions to describe requirements, then confirm the LYDL order specification.
Selection
Reference meaning
No seal suffix / U / UU
Open / one sealed face / both faces sealed
CC0 / C0 / C1
Negative clearance with preload / positive clearance / positive clearance greater than C0
P5 / P4 / P2
Rotational accuracy grades; dimensional tolerances require separate specification
Specify the sealed face for U. Agree numerical runout limits, clearance or preload, lubricant and torque acceptance conditions. GCr15 or 100Cr6 bearing steel, configuration availability, operating speed and temperature limits require order confirmation.
Inspection and Protective Packaging
Agree dimensional, outer-ring radial and axial runout, clearance or preload, and rotational-torque checks before production. For a compact servo axis, define the measurement fixture, temperature, speed and any starting-torque requirement.
Request inspection records and material documentation with the order. See LYDL manufacturing capabilities for company information.
Specify individual wrapping, corrosion protection, cushioning and model identification. Record the complete suffix on labels so different seal or preload configurations can be distinguished during assembly.
RE7013 Cross Roller Bearing FAQ
1. Can both axes of a compact gimbal use the same RE7013 configuration?
Evaluate each axis separately. The outer gimbal axis carries the inner mechanism and payload. Rotating-ring arrangement, centres of gravity and load direction can differ. A shared 70 × 100 × 13 mm size does not establish identical preload or accuracy requirements.
2. Can a split clamp collar retain the 100 mm outer ring?
This requires a reviewed mounting design. Radial clamping can distort the seat and alter bearing clearance or torque. Confirm circumferential support, collar stiffness and clamping conditions, then check runout and rotation after final assembly.
3. Should RE7013 torque be checked cold or after warming up?
Define both conditions when startup torque matters. Grease viscosity changes with temperature, so a warm running measurement does not establish cold-start demand. Specify lubricant, temperature, dwell time, test speed and fixture in the acceptance procedure.
4. Should a camera-head acceptance test include its cable harness?
Include the intended harness and hose routing when checking the full angular travel. Their resistance can change with position. Evaluate the complete head’s torque and motion separately from the bearing-only test, with sufficient clearance and the specified cable bend radius.
