With a 200 mm bore, 260 mm outside diameter and 25 mm width, the LYDL RE20025 cross roller bearing supports rotary assemblies requiring a large bearing bore within limited axial space. Its split inner ring and one-piece outer ring suit accurate outer-ring rotation.
Catalogue basic radial ratings are 84.2 kN dynamic and 157 kN static, with an approximate mass of 4.0 kg. Confirm accuracy, clearance or preload, seals and mounting requirements when requesting a quotation.
RE20025 Cross Roller Bearing for Annular Rotary Platforms
The RE20025 cross roller bearing provides a 200 mm bearing bore within a 260 mm outside diameter and 25 mm width. Its calculated radial section is 30 mm, allowing a larger mounting diameter without increasing width relative to RE15025.
A split inner ring and one-piece outer ring favour accurate outer-ring rotation. Crossed rollers support radial, bidirectional axial and overturning moment loads. See the RE series cross roller bearings for other sizes.

Reference: THK RE catalogue, page A18-28. Radial section is calculated from the boundary dimensions. The bearing chamfer value does not independently define the permissible mating-part fillet.
C and C₀ are basic radial ratings. Permissible working loads require combined-load, life and static-safety assessment; 157 kN is not a machine payload or an overturning moment rating.

Application Layouts to Evaluate
RE20025 is a candidate for these outer-ring rotary arrangements:
Multi-station test carousels: Carry several nests around a central support; evaluate fully loaded and partly loaded station patterns.
Annular dispensing fixtures: Rotate ring-shaped workpieces beneath fixed dispensing heads; specify table stability and protection from process contamination.
Tubular-component assembly positioners: Turn a clamping fixture around a supporting hub; include gripping forces and the overhang of long components.
These layouts require application-specific load and mounting review. The usable centre opening depends on the hub and retention arrangement as well as the 200 mm bearing bore.
RE12025, RE15025 and RE20025: Same Width, Different Bore
Comparison sources: THK catalogue pages A18-27 and A18-28. Differences below are calculated from these values.
All three models have 25 mm width and 30 mm radial section. RE20025 increases bore and outside diameter by 50 mm over RE15025, with approximately 0.84 kg additional bearing mass.
Relative to RE15025, RE20025 raises the dynamic radial rating by approximately 9.6% and the static radial rating by 22.7%. These increases do not establish proportional improvements in payload, rigidity or service life. Request an RE20025 quotation with quantity and delivery country. Specify Accuracy, Preload and Seals
A reference enquiry designation is RE20025UUCC0P4, interpreted using THK model-number coding.
Rotational accuracy grades; dimensional tolerances require separate specification
Specify the sealed face for U. Confirm LYDL availability, numerical accuracy limits, clearance or preload, lubricant and torque requirements. Material options such as GCr15 or 100Cr6 bearing steel require order confirmation.
Continuous speed, indexing duty and temperature limits must be agreed for the selected configuration.
Inspection and Packaging for RE20025
Agree boundary-dimension, outer-ring runout, clearance or preload, and rotational-torque checks before production. For a wide fixture, specify the assembly’s allowable deflection separately from the bearing’s unloaded runout.
Request inspection records and material documentation with the order. See LYDL manufacturing capabilities for company information. Agree corrosion protection, individual packaging and cushioning for shipment.
The 4.0 kg catalogue mass excludes packaging. Request packed dimensions and gross weight when comparing freight options.
RE20025 FAQ
1. Must a multi-station RE20025 table be checked when partly loaded?
Yes. A fully loaded carousel may be balanced while an intermediate loading pattern creates a larger overturning moment.
Provide station positions and masses for each loading state, including process and indexing forces. Use the governing combined load for the static-safety assessment.
2. Can RE20025 run at the same rpm as RE15025?
A shared 25 mm width does not establish the same permissible speed. Roller pitch diameters differ: 230 mm for RE20025 and 182 mm for RE15025.
Confirm speed against seals, grease, preload and heat dissipation. THK’s life and operating guidance identifies heat generation as a consideration in continuous rotation.
3. Does the 157 kN static rating define angular stiffness?
No. Angular stiffness relates applied overturning moment to angular deflection. Specify allowable tilt or displacement at the working radius under load. Evaluate the bearing, housing, flange and bolts together, following THK’s moment-rigidity guidance.
4. Can RE20025 receive a protective coating after final inspection?
Agree surface treatment before approving production. THK’s surface-treatment guidance states that its accuracy guarantee applies before treatment.
For LYDL, agree the finished dimensions, runout, fits and seal compatibility after the specified process. Inspection before coating alone does not verify the finished bearing.
