The LYDL RE15013 cross roller bearing combines a 150 mm bore with a 180 mm outside diameter, 13 mm width and approximate mass of 0.68 kg. Its split inner ring and one-piece outer ring suit precision outer-ring rotation.
Catalogue basic radial ratings are 27.0 kN dynamic and 53.5 kN static. This model prioritises a large bore and reduced bearing section within the RE range. Specify accuracy, clearance or preload, seals and mounting requirements when requesting a quotation.
RE15013 Cross Roller Bearing for Slim Rotary Assemblies
The LYDL RE15013 cross roller bearing combines a 150 mm bore, 13 mm width and 15 mm radial section. It is a candidate for rotary assemblies where bore size and axial space are key constraints.
Its split inner ring and one-piece outer ring favour precision outer-ring rotation. Crossed rollers support radial, bidirectional axial and overturning moment loads. Explore the RE series cross roller bearings for other dimensions.

Source: THK RE catalogue, A18-28. The LYDL RE reference database adopts THK catalogue values. Radial section is calculated from the boundary dimensions.
C and C₀ are basic radial ratings. Allowable machine loads require combined-load, static-safety and life calculations using the actual mounting and operating conditions.

Application Concepts for a Large Bore and Limited Width
Annular inspection stages: Rotate a sensor carrier around a fixed test area; specify installed runout at the measurement radius.
Hollow rotary actuators: Support a rotating output ring around a stationary hub; assess motor heat, preload and permissible torque together.
Rotary assembly fixtures: Position components around a central tool; include processing forces and fixture offsets in selection.
These are layouts for engineering evaluation. The usable central opening depends on the shaft, hub and retention components.
Sources: THK catalogue pages A18-27 and A18-28. The following differences are calculated from these values.
Same 180 mm outside diameter: RE15013 provides 30 mm more bore than RE12025, while reducing width by 12 mm and mass by 1.94 kg. Its radial ratings are lower.
Same 150 mm bore: RE15025 offers higher radial ratings with 30 mm more outside diameter, 12 mm more width and 2.48 kg additional mass.
RE15013 is the thinnest and lightest of these four models. A larger bore alone does not establish greater load capacity. Request an RE15013 quotation with quantity and delivery country. Include your required bore, available width and load conditions for selection support.

Meaning in THK coding
No seal suffix / U / UU
Open / one sealed side / both sides sealed
CC0 / C0 / C1
Negative clearance with preload / positive clearance / positive clearance greater than C0
P5 / P4 / P2
Rotational accuracy grades; dimensional tolerances require separate confirmation
Specify the sealed face for U. Confirm LYDL availability, runout limits, lubricant and any starting or running-torque requirement. Define the test conditions alongside numerical acceptance limits.
Inspection and Protective Packaging
Agree inspection of boundary dimensions, outer-ring runout, clearance or preload, and any specified torque limits before production. For this thin section, distinguish bearing inspection results from measurements on the fully clamped assembly.
Request inspection records and material documentation with the order. See LYDL manufacturing and quality control. Specify individual corrosion protection and cushioning that supports the bearing during handling and transport.
RE15013 FAQ
1. Can I reuse an RB15013 drawing for RE15013?
The boundary dimensions match, but the ring structures differ. THK lists a 166 mm roller pitch circle for RE15013 and 164 mm for RB15013. Use a dedicated RE drawing for mounting. Compare the THK RB15013 entry.
2. Does the 13 mm width mean both ring faces are flush?
No. THK identifies a level difference between ring faces and requires housing clearance based on the relevant B1 width tolerance. Confirm the ring-face step and relief dimensions on the LYDL drawing. See THK flange-design guidance.
3. Should I use an aluminium presser flange to reduce weight?
Flange stiffness must be assessed alongside mass. THK generally recommends a steel presser flange even with a light-alloy shaft or housing. Any alternative needs an application-specific review of joint stiffness and clamping. See the THK material recommendation.
4. How should the housing allow RE15013 removal after a trial fit?
Provide controlled extraction access in the surrounding components, such as suitable removal screw holes. Apply removal force to the ring being removed, without loading the opposite ring through the rollers. Confirm the arrangement using THK removal guidance.

Brand and Engineering References
LYDL supplies its own-brand product. THK references support catalogue comparison and engineering interpretation. ISO references describe rating and tolerance frameworks; they do not establish product certification or automatic brand interchangeability.
