YRT325 Rotary Table Bearing for Precision Rotary Assemblies
The LYDL
YRT325 rotary table bearing is a
325 × 450 × 60 mm axial/radial roller bearing. Two axial roller rows support axial loads in both directions, while a radial roller row supports radial loading. The combined arrangement also carries tilting moments.
Within the
LYDL YRT rotary table bearing range, YRT325 increases the bore and outside diameter by 65 mm over YRT260, while adding 5 mm of height. Its 342 mm inner and 430 mm outer fixing-hole pitch circles define the mounting footprint.

The values below follow LYDL’s published YRT325 series-table row. The approved order drawing defines tolerances, fits, hole locations and detailed profiles.

| Bore × outside diameter × height, d × D × H | 325 × 450 × 60 mm |
| Mounting heights, H1 / H2 | 40 / 20 mm |
| Outer-ring width, C | 20 mm |
| Inner-ring outside diameter, d1 | 415 mm |
| Inner-ring fixing-hole pitch circle, dn | 342 mm |
| Outer-ring fixing-hole pitch circle, dm | 430 mm |
| Inner-ring fixing holes, do | 34 × Ø9.3 mm |

The steel grades are not automatically interchangeable. Agree the material and numerical precision requirements with the order. Obtain LYDL-specific load ratings, permissible speed, stiffness, mass, preload and rotational-resistance data for the proposed configuration before final selection.
INA/Schaeffler YRTC325-XL Reference Data
These figures apply to
INA/Schaeffler YRTC325-XL in TPI 120. They are brand comparison data, not performance commitments for LYDL YRT325.
| Reference parameter | YRTC325-XL — TPI 120 |
|---|
| Basic dynamic axial load rating, Ca | 247 kN |
| Basic static axial load rating, C0a | 1,900 kN |
| Basic dynamic radial load rating, Cr | 183 kN |
| Basic static radial load rating, C0r | 530 kN |
| Continuous-operation limiting speed, nG | 200 rpm |
| Frictional torque guide value, MR | 13 N·m at 5 rpm |
| Mass | 24.7 kg |
| Standard fitted-bearing axial/radial runout | 6 µm with ideal adjacent construction |
Catalog speed limits use defined mounting, lubrication and thermal conditions without external application load. The static rating is not an allowable workpiece weight, and the friction figure alone does not establish the required motor torque.
Profile difference: LYDL lists d1 = 415 mm; Schaeffler lists D1 max. = 415.1 mm. Compare the respective section drawings when checking surrounding clearances.
Source differences: The online YRTC325-XL listing gives 24.442 kg and a +120°C upper temperature limit. TPI 120 gives 24.7 kg and a −30°C to +100°C range. LYDL’s series range is −20°C to +120°C; the supplied configuration’s operating range requires confirmation.

YRT325 Application Areas
Evaluate YRT325 where a 450 mm outside diameter and 60 mm bearing height suit the machine layout:
- CNC rotary workholding: combined fixture, workpiece and cutting loads.
- Swivel tables: changing load directions across the working-angle range.
- Indexing fixtures: repeatable positioning with specified loaded deflection.
- Measuring stages: controlled axial and radial running accuracy.
Include stationary machining, acceleration and positioning conditions. A large workpiece offset can make the moment load more significant than its weight alone suggests.

YRTS325, YRTM325 and ZKLDF325 Comparison
| Option | Function | Published dimensions / status |
|---|
| LYDL YRT325 | Axial/radial roller support | 325 × 450 × 60 mm |
| LYDL YRTS325 | Higher-speed roller-bearing family | Series table lists 325 × 460 × 60 mm; drawing required |
| INA/Schaeffler YRTS325 | Higher-speed roller-bearing reference | TPI 120: 325 × 450 × 60 mm |
| LYDL YRTM325 | Bearing system with angular measurement | Listed model; system dimensions and feedback configuration require definition |
| INA/Schaeffler ZKLDF325 | Double-direction angular contact ball bearing | TPI 120: 325 × 450 × 60 mm |
YRTS325 diameter distinction: LYDL’s published 460 mm OD differs from Schaeffler’s 450 mm. Do not substitute the brand dimension for the LYDL value or assume the supplied versions share one housing interface.
TPI 120 lists limiting speeds of
760 rpm for INA/Schaeffler YRTS325 and
2,000 rpm for INA/Schaeffler ZKLDF325, under its stated test conditions. These are not LYDL speed ratings.
ZKLDF325 is a same-envelope replacement candidate for LYDL YRT325. Review its mounting interfaces, ring profiles, stiffness, preload, lubrication, sealing and operating conditions. TPI 120 includes separate mounting illustrations for YRTS325 and ZKLDF325; matching hole counts does not establish identical hole geometry.
Precision, Installation and Packing
Specify LYDL P5, P4 or P2 with numerical acceptance limits. Bearing runout, encoder resolution and complete axis positioning accuracy are separate requirements.
In Schaeffler designations,
XL identifies X-life,
VSP denotes the configuration for an axially supported L-section ring, and
PRL50 denotes restricted runout tolerances. These do not automatically correspond to LYDL precision or preload options.
Identify fixing holes, retaining-screw positions, extraction threads and lubrication passages separately. The YRTC325-XL reference has M12 extraction threads; this does not specify the mounting screws. Use the agreed fasteners, fits and tightening procedure.
Inspection may cover dimensions, fixing-hole geometry, runout and rotational resistance. Specify the measurement setup and report scope with the order.
For wooden-case packing, the bearing lies flat on cushioning with rust-preventive wrapping and suitable blocking. Tape holds the wrapping; internal supports restrain the bearing. The outer label identifies the model and quantity, with packaging selected for the shipment.

Does YRT325 retain the same radial build as YRT260?
Both have a nominal radial envelope of 62.5 mm, calculated as (outside diameter − bore)/2. However, YRT325 has a 450 mm OD and 60 mm height, so the complete installation changes. This boundary calculation does not describe the steel wall thickness of either bearing ring.
Why do some YRTS325 pictures show counterbores opening toward the bore?
Schaeffler explicitly identifies this feature for YRTS325: the L-section ring’s screw counterbores open toward the bearing bore. It is a documented construction detail, not necessarily damage. Check the supplied model’s section drawing; do not modify a LYDL YRT325 to imitate a reference image.
Does YRTM325 fit entirely within YRT325’s 60 mm height?
The 60 mm figure belongs to LYDL YRT325. It does not establish the complete YRTM325 installation envelope. Obtain dimensions for the bearing system, readhead, cable routing and surrounding components before allocating space. The model list alone cannot resolve those interfaces.
Can I use the brand bearing weight to estimate a packed LYDL shipment?
Schaeffler’s YRTC325-XL weight describes its bearing, not a packed LYDL YRT325 shipment. Freight calculations need the actual supplied bearing weight, wooden case, cushioning and other contents, plus external package dimensions. Request packing data for the quoted quantity and destination.
Should inspection be repeated after the rotary axis reaches operating temperature?
For thermally demanding applications, define both initial and stabilized operating checks. Temperature gradients can alter the mounting conditions and running behavior. Agree the duty cycle, measurement locations and acceptance limits; a catalog runout figure does not guarantee the same result in every heated assembly.
