YRT200 Rotary Table Bearing for CNC Rotary Axes

The LYDL YRT200 rotary table bearing is a 200 × 300 × 45 mm axial/radial roller bearing. Two axial roller rows support axial loading in both directions, while a radial roller row supports radial loading. Together, the arrangement accommodates combined loads and tilting moments. Within the LYDL YRT rotary table bearing range, YRT200 adds 20 mm of bore diameter and 2 mm of height over YRT180. LYDL also publishes YRTS200 with the same boundary dimensions and fixing-hole layout, creating a useful starting point for comparing operating-speed requirements. YRT200 rotary table bearing YRT series bearing construction; YRT200 nominal dimensions are 200 × 300 × 45 mm.

INA/Schaeffler YRTC200-XL Reference Data

The following values belong to INA/Schaeffler YRTC200-XL, as listed in TPI 120. They are comparison data, not performance commitments for LYDL YRT200.

Basic dynamic axial load rating, Ca147 kN
Basic static axial load rating, C0a850 kN
Basic dynamic radial load rating, Cr123 kN
Basic static radial load rating, C0r275 kN
Continuous-operation limiting speed, nG450 rpm

Catalog speed limits use defined mounting, lubrication and thermal conditions without external application load. The friction figure excludes other axis demands; motor selection must include acceleration, external loads and drivetrain losses. Profile: LYDL lists d1 = 274 mm; Schaeffler lists D1 max. = 274.4 mm. Check the respective section drawings before machining adjacent recesses. Source differences: Schaeffler’s online YRTC200-XL listing gives 9.149 kg, while TPI 120 gives 9.2 kg. TPI 120 states −30°C to +100°C; the online listing gives a +120°C upper limit. LYDL’s series range is −20°C to +120°C, with the supplied configuration’s range requiring confirmation. YRT200 Applications

Consider YRT200 where a 200 mm bearing bore and 300 mm outside diameter fit the assembly:
  • CNC rotary tables: support fixture, workpiece and machining loads.
  • Swivel axes: accommodate changing load directions through the working-angle range.
  • Indexing fixtures: support repeated positioning with controlled deflection.
  • Measuring stages: provide rotary support with specified running accuracy.
Include both stationary and rotating load cases. Off-center fixtures require moment assessment as well as axial and radial load checks. For a brand comparison, TPI 120 lists limiting speeds of 1,160 rpm for INA/Schaeffler YRTS200 and 3,200 rpm for INA/Schaeffler ZKLDF200, under the catalog’s stated test conditions. These are not LYDL speed ratings. Matching boundary dimensions makes ZKLDF200 a replacement candidate. Check mounting interfaces, ring profiles, stiffness, preload, lubrication, sealing and operating conditions before substitution. Ordering, Assembly and Inspection

Specify the required LYDL precision option together with numerical acceptance limits. P5, P4 and P2 do not define complete rotary-axis positioning accuracy in arcseconds. For interpreting a Schaeffler reference designation, XL identifies X-life, VSP relates to preload for an axially supported L-section ring, and PRL50 identifies restricted runout tolerances. These designations do not automatically correspond to LYDL supply options. Distinguish fixing holes from retaining-screw locations, extraction threads and lubrication passages on the drawing. In the reference catalog, M8 identifies extraction threads; it does not specify the mounting screws. Use the agreed fasteners and tightening procedure. Inspection requirements may include dimensions, hole geometry, axial/radial runout and rotational resistance. Agree the measurement setup and report scope with the order. For wooden-case packing, the bearing lies flat on cushioning with rust-preventive wrapping and suitable blocking. Tape secures the wrapping; internal supports restrain the bearing. The case label identifies the model and quantity, and the packing arrangement follows the shipment requirements. YRT200 FAQ

Does YRTS200 offer higher load ratings as well as higher speed?

Not across every rating. In Schaeffler’s TPI 120, YRTS200 has a 94 kN dynamic radial rating, compared with 123 kN for YRTC200-XL. Its higher catalog speed therefore does not establish greater radial capacity. Compare the actual load combination and LYDL configuration data before choosing a series.

Can a YRT200 axis briefly reach 1,000 rpm if its average speed is low?

A low average speed is insufficient to approve that duty. The 450 rpm reference is a continuous-operation catalog limit for YRTC200-XL; it provides no automatic intermittent allowance for LYDL YRT200. Supply peak speed, acceleration, duration and cooling conditions for a separate assessment.

Why does YRT260 have fewer fixing holes than YRT200?

LYDL lists 34 inner and 33 outer Ø9.3 mm holes for YRT260, compared with 46 and 45 Ø7 mm holes for YRT200. These are different fastening arrangements. Hole count alone cannot rank bearing capacity or joint strength; fastener size, engagement and surrounding structure also matter.

What should I specify for angular feedback with YRTM200?

Provide the controller’s encoder interface, required position resolution, system accuracy, reference-position requirements and available installation space. LYDL names YRTM200 in its model list, but the system drawing and feedback configuration require separate definition. Encoder resolution alone does not establish complete axis accuracy.

What should be checked when commissioning a YRTS200 conversion?

For a conversion from YRT200, matching published fixing dimensions is only the starting point. Establish acceptance checks for installed runout, rotational resistance and temperature over the intended speed cycle. Include grease quantity, sealing drag and surrounding-part temperatures when investigating changes during operation.
