YRT1200 Rotary Table Bearing for Large Rotary Assemblies
The LYDL
YRT1200 rotary table bearing has nominal dimensions of
1,200 × 1,490 × 164 mm. Its two axial roller rows support axial forces in both directions and resist tilting moments, while a radial roller row provides radial support.
Within the
LYDL YRT rotary table bearing range, YRT1200 provides a 1,200 mm bore with 108 mm and 56 mm mounting heights. Its 1,240 mm and 1,445 mm fixing-hole pitch circles define key interfaces for the rotating table and stationary structure.

The following dimensions come from LYDL’s published YRT1200 row. Symbols follow the LYDL series drawing; final tolerances, angular hole positions and mating-part requirements belong on the approved order drawing.
| Parameter | LYDL YRT1200 |
|---|
| Bore diameter, d | 1,200 mm |
| Outside diameter, D | 1,490 mm |
| Overall height, H | 164 mm |
| Mounting heights, H1 / H2 | 108 / 56 mm |
| Outer-ring width, C | 52 mm |
| Inner-ring outside diameter, d1 | 1,410 mm |
| Inner-ring fixing-hole pitch circle, dn | 1,240 mm |
| Outer-ring fixing-hole pitch circle, dm | 1,445 mm |
| Inner-ring fixing holes | 66 × Ø18.5 mm |
| Inner-ring counterbore diameter, ds | Ø26 mm |
| Inner-ring counterbore depth, Ts | 17 mm |
| Outer-ring fixing holes | 66 × Ø18.5 mm |
The published counts describe fixing holes. Retaining-screw positions, extraction threads and lubrication passages need separate identification on the detailed drawing. Do not infer their number or thread size from a smaller YRT model, or derive tightening torque from the Ø18.5 mm hole diameter.
Performance Data for Application Selection
LYDL’s public dimensional table does not establish YRT1200 load ratings or operating limits. Request the following configuration-specific information for engineering selection.
| Required data | Selection purpose |
|---|
| Axial and radial dynamic/static load ratings | Life and static-safety calculations |
| Permissible combined loading and tilting moment | Assessment of offset loads and machining forces |
| Axial, radial and tilting stiffness | Deflection evaluation |
| Permissible speed and lubrication requirements | Duty-cycle and thermal assessment |
| Preload and rotational resistance | Assembly and drive-system review |
| Numerical runout limits and inspection conditions | Accuracy acceptance |
| Bearing mass | Handling and shipment planning |
The reviewed Schaeffler TPI 120 YRTC tables extend through YRTC1030-XL. A corresponding official YRTC1200-XL performance specification was not verified, so ratings from smaller bearings are not reproduced as YRT1200 data.
LYDL can review customized requirements against your application targets. The agreed specification should identify the values used for calculations and the conditions under which they apply. Static load ratings alone cannot define allowable workpiece weight, and bearing friction alone cannot determine motor torque.

Applications and Installation Planning
YRT1200 is a candidate where the machine accommodates its 1,490 mm outside diameter and 164 mm bearing height:
- CNC rotary tables: support for fixtures and workpieces under combined machining loads.
- Swivel assemblies: positioning axes with changing load directions.
- Indexing fixtures: repeated positioning of large components.
- Measuring platforms: rotary support with defined running-accuracy requirements.
Review the bearing together with the table, housing, drive and clamping arrangement. Housing deformation, temperature distribution and fixture overhang can affect assembly behavior. The nominal bore and outside diameter establish layout dimensions, not a complete load-capacity assessment.
Application concepts for YRT selection; assess YRT1200 against the complete machine layout and operating cycle.Comparing YRT950, YRT1030 and YRT1200
Compared with YRT1030, YRT1200 adds 170 mm to the bore, 190 mm to the outside diameter and 19 mm to the height. Its outer-ring width increases from 40 to 52 mm. These changes require a fresh review of shoulders, covers and available installation space.
Both LYDL rows list 66 fixing holes per ring, but their pitch circles differ. Equal hole counts do not establish interchangeable mounting interfaces or equivalent load capacity.
YRTS, YRTM and ZKLDF Alternatives
| Family | Main function | Relevance to a 1,200 mm project |
|---|
| YRT1200 | Combined axial/radial roller support | Base configuration described here |
| YRTS | Roller-bearing design intended for higher-speed operation | Requires verified dimensions and operating data |
| YRTM | Bearing system incorporating angular measurement | Requires defined feedback interface, accuracy and installation space |
| ZKLDF | Double-direction angular contact ball-bearing design | No same-envelope ZKLDF1200 verified in the reviewed sources |
LYDL’s reviewed model lists and detailed tables do not establish a YRTS1200 or YRTM1200 configuration. This does not exclude a custom proposal. Describe the required function rather than assuming that adding a suffix creates an available model.
Any proposed alternative requires checks of mounting interfaces, stiffness, preload, lubrication, sealing and duty cycle. Matching boundary dimensions alone would establish only a candidate for further engineering review.
Accuracy, Assembly and Inspection
LYDL lists P5, P4 and P2 accuracy options. Specify numerical tolerances, measurement conditions and the applicable inspection method for YRT1200. Do not transfer a smaller bearing’s runout limit to this size or treat a bearing accuracy grade as a guarantee of complete-axis angular positioning accuracy.
For a replacement inquiry, provide the full existing designation, including any suffixes. Brand suffixes such as XL, VSP or PRL50 should not be added to LYDL YRT1200 without an agreed technical definition for the supplied configuration.
Define mounting-face tolerances, fits, support conditions, fasteners and tightening sequence before assembly. Inspection requirements may include dimensions, hole geometry, runout and rotational resistance. Agree the report scope, material grade and grease specification with the order.
LYDL’s series page gives a temperature range of −20°C to +120°C. This is a series-level statement; establish the actual YRT1200 operating range for its materials, lubricant and service conditions.
Protective Packaging and Handling
For wooden-case packing, the bearing lies flat with rust-preventive wrapping, cushioning and suitable blocking. Tape holds the wrapping in place; appropriate restraints prevent the bearing moving inside the case. The external label identifies the ordered model and quantity.
Handling arrangements and transport planning require the confirmed bearing mass, packed dimensions and gross weight. Keep the bearing components secured and use the agreed lifting and support arrangement.
Illustrative inspection and packing arrangements; actual records, restraints and case dimensions follow the agreed order requirements.YRT1200 FAQ
Does the 1,200 mm bearing bore guarantee a 1,200 mm clear passage through the machine?
No. The bore is the bearing’s nominal internal diameter. A hub, sleeve, rotary union, seals or other components may reduce the usable opening. Define the required clear passage in the complete assembly drawing before selecting the surrounding components.
Is the 164 mm bearing height the total space required for the rotary axis?
No. The bearing height excludes any additional space needed for the table, housing shoulders, covers, drive components and feedback equipment. Establish the complete axial stack from the assembly section, including assembly access and the required clearances between stationary and rotating parts.
Can a 1,490 mm access opening accommodate the packed YRT1200?
Do not size the access route from bearing diameter alone. The case, protective materials and handling equipment require additional space. Obtain the final packing dimensions and gross weight, then check doorways, unloading access and the installation route before shipment.
Can the runout specification be taken from YRTC1030-XL because it is the nearest reviewed brand size?
No. A neighboring size does not establish YRT1200 tolerances. Request a numerical runout specification for the supplied configuration, including the mounting condition and measurement method. Keep bearing acceptance limits separate from the complete machine’s positioning and loaded-accuracy requirements.
