YRT1030 Rotary Table Bearing for Large Precision Axes
The LYDL
YRT1030 rotary table bearing combines a
1,030 mm bore, 1,300 mm outside diameter and 145 mm height. Two axial roller rows support axial loads in both directions and resist tilting moments. A separate radial roller row provides radial support.
In the
LYDL YRT rotary table bearing range, YRT1030 provides an installation option between YRT950 and YRT1200. Its 1,075 mm and 1,255 mm fixing-hole pitch circles, together with the 92.5/52.5 mm mounting heights, define important interfaces for the table and housing.

The table compares
INA/Schaeffler YRTC1030-XL reference dimensions with LYDL’s published
YRT1030 data. The boundary dimensions agree, but the fixing-hole specifications are different.
| Parameter | INA/Schaeffler YRTC1030-XL | LYDL YRT1030 |
|---|
| Bore × OD × height | 1,030 × 1,300 × 145 mm | 1,030 × 1,300 × 145 mm |
| Mounting heights, H1 / H2 | 92.5 / 52.5 mm | 92.5 / 52.5 mm |
| Outer-ring width, C | 40 mm | 40 mm |
| Inner-ring outside profile | D1 max. = 1,215 mm | d1 = 1,215 mm |
| Inner fixing-hole pitch circle | J = 1,075 mm | dn = 1,075 mm |
| Outer fixing-hole pitch circle | J1 = 1,255 mm | dm = 1,255 mm |
| Inner-ring fixing holes | 70 × Ø18 mm | 66 × Ø18.5 mm |
| Inner-ring counterbore | Ø26 mm × 17 mm deep | ds = Ø26 mm; Ts = 17 mm |
| Outer-ring fixing holes | 66 × Ø18 mm | 66 × Ø18.5 mm |
Symbols follow the respective source drawings. In particular, LYDL lists four fewer inner-ring fixing holes than the Schaeffler reference. Both LYDL fixing-hole diameters are 0.5 mm larger. Resolve the required pattern on the approved order drawing before preparing mating components.
Schaeffler’s reference also identifies two retaining screws and six M16 extraction threads. Retaining screws hold bearing components together; extraction threads assist removal. Fixing holes and lubrication passages have separate functions. Extraction-thread size does not establish the mounting-screw specification or tightening torque.
INA/Schaeffler YRTC1030-XL Performance Reference
The following values are from
Schaeffler TPI 120. They describe YRTC1030-XL and are not automatically LYDL supply ratings. LYDL can review customization against your required performance and document the agreed specification.
| Reference parameter | YRTC1030-XL |
|---|
| Dynamic axial load rating, Ca | 1,140 kN |
| Static axial load rating, C0a | 10,300 kN |
| Dynamic radial load rating, Cr | 580 kN |
| Static radial load rating, C0r | 2,050 kN |
| Limiting speed, continuous operation | 40 rpm |
| Limiting speed, swivel operation | 100 rpm |
| Frictional torque guide value | 250 N·m, measured at 5 rpm |
| Standard axial / radial runout | 12 / 12 µm, fitted bearing with ideal adjacent construction |
Catalog speed limits apply under specified lubrication, mounting and thermal conditions without external application load. The swivel limit is not a continuous-speed allowance. The friction value does not include all torque needed to accelerate and operate the complete rotary assembly.
Mass: Schaeffler’s online listing reports
373 kg, while TPI 120 lists
375 kg. Neither value defines the supplied LYDL bearing mass.
Temperature: The online brand listing gives a maximum of
+120°C, while TPI 120 specifies
−30°C to +100°C for the reference family. LYDL’s series page states
−20°C to +120°C. Agree the operating range with the selected grease and bearing configuration.
Obtain LYDL-specific ratings, stiffness, permissible speed and acceptance limits for final application calculations. Static load ratings alone cannot establish allowable workpiece weight.

Applications and Structural Integration
YRT1030 is a candidate for machines that accommodate its 1,300 mm outside diameter and 145 mm bearing height:
- CNC rotary tables: support for fixtures and workpieces under combined machining loads.
- Swivel assemblies: positioning axes with changing gravity and process-force directions.
- Indexing equipment: controlled rotation of large components between operating positions.
- Measuring platforms: rotary support with defined running-accuracy requirements.
Evaluate the bearing together with its table, housing and bolted connections. Their deformation contributes to the complete axis response, so bearing size and unloaded runout alone do not establish accuracy under machining load.

Relative to YRT950, YRT1030 adds 80 mm to the bore, 100 mm to the outside diameter and 13 mm to the height. Moving from YRT1030 to YRT1200 requires another 190 mm of outside diameter and 19 mm of height. These dimensional differences do not quantify load capacity or stiffness.
YRTS, YRTM and ZKLDF Options
| Family | Main function | Relevance to a 1,030 mm project |
|---|
| YRT1030 | Combined axial/radial roller support | Base configuration described here |
| YRTS | Roller-bearing design intended for higher speeds | Requires a verified configuration and operating data |
| YRTM | Bearing system incorporating angular measurement | Requires defined dimensions, feedback interface and accuracy |
| ZKLDF | Double-direction angular contact ball-bearing design | No same-envelope ZKLDF1030 verified in the reviewed sources |
LYDL’s reviewed model lists and detailed tables do not establish a YRTS1030 or YRTM1030 specification. This does not exclude a custom proposal. Specify the required speed or feedback function rather than assuming that a suffix identifies an available configuration.
Any proposed alternative requires checks of mounting interfaces, stiffness, preload, lubrication, sealing and duty cycle. Matching boundary dimensions would establish only a substitution candidate.
Accuracy, Assembly and Protective Packaging
LYDL lists P5, P4 and P2 accuracy options. Define numerical acceptance limits and measurement conditions with the order. Bearing runout and complete-axis angular positioning accuracy are different requirements.
In the Schaeffler reference system,
XL identifies X-life.
VSP concerns preload for an axially supported L-section ring.
PRL50 identifies restricted runout; TPI 120 lists 6 µm for the 1,030 mm size, with manufacturer consultation required for restricted versions above 460 mm.
Specify mounting-face tolerances, fits, fasteners and tightening sequence. Inspection requirements can include dimensions, fixing-hole geometry, installed runout and rotational resistance. Agree the report scope, material grade and lubrication specification before production.
For wooden-case packing, the bearing lies flat with rust-preventive wrapping, cushioning and suitable blocking. Tape secures the wrapping; appropriate restraints prevent movement of the bearing. The case label identifies the ordered model and quantity.
Illustrative inspection and packing arrangements; shipment-specific records and protective packaging follow the agreed order requirements.YRT1030 FAQ
Do 66 fixing holes in each LYDL ring mean identical mounting patterns?
No. The published counts are equal, but the pitch-circle diameters are 1,075 mm and 1,255 mm. Angular positions and other features must also match the drawing. Do not create one mating pattern by copying or scaling the other ring’s hole count.
Why does the reference catalog give two different tilting-rigidity values?
For YRTC1030-XL, TPI 120 lists 8,640,000 N·m/mrad for the bearing position and 11,165,000 N·m/mrad for the rolling-element set. The former also accounts for ring and screw-connection deformation. These describe different calculation scopes and are not interchangeable LYDL performance guarantees.
Can YRT1030 reuse YRT950 mounting parts because both have a 40 mm outer-ring width?
The shared C dimension is insufficient. Overall height changes from 132 to 145 mm, and the mounting heights, diameters and hole patterns differ. Check the complete section and fastening layout before reusing a cover, spacer or other adjacent component.
Can the M16 extraction threads be used as lifting points?
Do not assume so. Their catalog function is bearing removal, which does not establish a lifting rating. Use a handling arrangement approved for the supplied assembly, with its mass, orientation and support points defined. Keep the bearing components secured during handling.
