YRT100 Rotary Table Bearing for CNC Rotary Axes
The LYDL
YRT100 rotary table bearing is a
100 × 185 × 38 mm axial/radial roller bearing for combined-load rotary and indexing assemblies. Two axial roller rows and one radial roller row provide support within a single bearing unit.
Within the
YRT rotary table bearing range, YRT100 combines a 100 mm bore with a 38 mm installation height. Its 112 mm inner and 170 mm outer fixing-hole pitch circles are key dimensions when designing a new axis or checking an existing mounting.

YRT100 Dimensions and Specifications

Current INA/Schaeffler Reference: YRTC100-XL
The current brand catalog lists
YRTC100-XL for this 100 mm axial/radial roller-bearing size. The figures below apply specifically to that designation. LYDL’s public YRT100 table does not publish corresponding performance ratings; obtain LYDL configuration data for final selection.
| Reference parameter | INA/Schaeffler YRTC100-XL |
|---|
| Basic dynamic axial load rating, Ca | 105 kN |
| Basic static axial load rating, C0a | 455 kN |
| Basic dynamic radial load rating, Cr | 49.5 kN |
| Basic static radial load rating, C0r | 88 kN |
| Limiting speed for continuous operation, nG | 1,200 rpm under catalog test conditions |
| Frictional torque guide value, MR | 2.5 N·m, measured at 5 rpm |
| Mass | 3.65 kg |
| Standard fitted-bearing axial/radial runout | 3 µm with ideal adjacent construction |
Brand limiting speeds were determined under defined conditions without external application load. Confirm the permissible LYDL speed for the actual loading, lubrication, duty cycle and heat dissipation.
Profile difference: LYDL lists d1 = 160 mm; the YRTC100-XL catalog gives D1 max. = 161 mm. Check the inner-ring outside profile and mating-part clearance from the respective section drawings, even when the main dimensions match.
Temperature: LYDL’s series listing is −20°C to +120°C; the reference catalog states −30°C to +100°C. The operating range of the supplied YRT100 must be confirmed for its materials, grease and construction.

Where YRT100 Fits
Consider YRT100 when the machine layout requires a 100 mm bearing bore and can accommodate the 185 mm outside diameter:
- CNC rotary tables: workholding axes subject to combined cutting and fixture loads.
- 4- and 5-axis equipment: swivel or positioning assemblies with a suitable load envelope.
- Precision indexing: assembly and inspection fixtures requiring controlled deflection.
- Measuring systems: rotary stages with specified radial and axial running accuracy.
Account for the complete fixture and workpiece arrangement, including the distance between applied forces and the bearing center.

YRTS, YRTM and ZKLDF100 Options
| Family / model | Main purpose | Relevance to YRT100 selection |
|---|
| YRT100 | Axial/radial roller support for precision rotary axes | Base envelope: 100 × 185 × 38 mm |
| YRTS, such as YRTS200 | Roller-bearing design developed for higher-speed operation | LYDL lists YRTS200 at 200 × 300 × 45 mm; a YRTS100 configuration requires separate confirmation |
| YRTM, such as YRTM150 or YRTM200 | Bearing system incorporating angular measurement | Confirm dimensions, encoder interface and system accuracy; LYDL’s published model list does not include YRTM100 |
| ZKLDF100 | Double-direction angular contact ball bearing for higher-speed rotary axes | Same 100 × 185 × 38 mm boundary dimensions; assess mounting details, stiffness and operating conditions before substitution |
The referenced ZKLDF100 catalog limit is
5,000 rpm, under the manufacturer’s test conditions. This makes it a candidate for a higher-speed design review. Matching boundary dimensions alone do not establish interchangeability with LYDL YRT100.
YRTS and YRTM identify different bearing-system functions. Confirm an actual model and drawing when specifying either family; adding S or M to YRT100 does not establish an available configuration.
Ordering and Mounting Details
Specify LYDL YRT100 together with the required accuracy, numerical runout limits, lubrication and operating conditions. For replacements, include the complete existing designation and a mounting section.
In the brand reference system:
- XL identifies the manufacturer’s X-life version.
- VSP specifies a preload arrangement for an axially supported L-section ring.
- PRL50 identifies restricted runout tolerances.
Agree the mounting-face tolerances, fits, screw specification and tightening procedure before assembly. Check assembled runout and rotational resistance against the agreed acceptance conditions.
Inspection and Protective Packaging
Inspection requirements can cover boundary dimensions, fixing-hole geometry, radial and axial runout, rotational resistance and material records. Define the measurement setup and report scope when requesting a quotation.
For wooden-case packing, the bearing is laid flat on cushioning and protected with rust-preventive wrapping. Bands secure the protective wrap, and suitable blocking limits movement inside the case. The external label identifies the ordered bearing model and quantity.

YRT100 FAQ
Can ZKLDF100 replace YRT100 because both are 100 × 185 × 38 mm?
It is a candidate for an engineering review. Check the complete ring profiles, mounting interfaces, sealing clearances, preload, stiffness and required drive torque. Roller and angular-contact ball designs behave differently under load, so approve the replacement against the machine’s operating requirements.
Do the 16 inner-ring and 15 outer-ring fixing holes describe every hole?
They describe the published fixing-hole counts. Retaining-screw positions and extraction threads have separate functions. Identify each feature on the approved drawing before preparing the mating parts; use the specified fixing positions rather than assuming every visible hole accepts a mounting screw.
Does a 455 kN static axial rating represent the allowed workpiece weight?
No. That figure is the YRTC100-XL brand reference static rating. Allowable working load depends on the required static safety factor, combined loading, moment, screw connection and assembly deflection. Use LYDL-specific ratings and the complete load case for the supplied YRT100.
Does P2 accuracy guarantee a particular indexing accuracy in arcseconds?
No. Bearing runout and angular positioning error are different measurements. Indexing accuracy also depends on the encoder, drive, control system and structural behavior. State the bearing runout requirement and the complete rotary-axis positioning requirement separately.
Why can a YRT100 turn more heavily after installation?
Fits, mounting-face errors, uneven screw loading, temperature differences and grease quantity can change rotational resistance. Check the mounting conditions before accepting the assembly. Evaluate torque under an agreed measurement procedure instead of treating a free-bearing reading as the installed acceptance limit.
